Lee is an entrepreneur and founder of LeBern Limited, a property management and investments company started in 2013. At Lebern, Lee has overseen and pioneered many major scale developments as well as being one of the early developers of the ‘Guaranteed Rental Program’– a guaranteed income initiative for private landlords looking to offset the risks associated with tenant management. Since then, Lee has pioneered many different innovative solutions for landlords to assist them along their journey. In recent times Lee has launched LeBern Support Services, a semi-independent supported accommodation provision aimed at care leavers. Lee works closely with FFG an organisation which helps give opportunities to underprivileged communities and holds a non-executive board position providing advice on property, investment and the strategic vision. Lee is also a firm supporter of the ACLT (African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust).
