National Landlord Investment Show
The UK’s Number One landlord and property investment exhibition.
Founded by Tracey & Steve Hanbury, to date the National Landlord Investment Show team have organised 74 live shows throughout the UK. The event now runs three times per year in London which attracts thousands of Landlords, Investors & Property Professionals. The event also takes place in the major UK Cities including Birmingham, Manchester, and Cardiff.

LI Magazine is a subscription-based digital publication which supports the National Landlord Investment Show. On average LI Magazine publishes 5 issues per year, which tie closely to live events. Offering advice, features, and news, helping property professionals keep up-to-date with property sector developments.

National LIS Awards
A lavish awards ceremony to celebrate and recognise professional services and Landlords in the private rented sector. The prestigious awards are judged by independent Judges whom have many year’s experience within the Industry. A night of celebration & recognition at the famous Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London.
Landlord Investor Club (LIC)
Landlord Investor Club gives its members entry into exclusive expert panel sessions and private seminars presented by industry experts. They also give members access to guest speakers whom they can get valuable expert advice on aspects such as property investment, financial advice and access to exclusive offers, wealth management, build to rent, Tax issues and services, legal advice plus much more. LIC members also receive a monthly copy of Landlord Investor Magazine, they also get free coffee and morning breakfast at The National Landlord Investment Shows throughout the UK, access to PIN meetings and discounts on many services through PRS. LIC is in association with LOFT and the events take place at the London LOFT studio which is located in Fitzrovia Square, London.
